A) TOURS WITHOUT DATES

– On the site there are excursions without a specific date, where the minimum number of required participants, the conditions of realization as well as a multitude of details are explicitly mentioned.

– As soon as the program covers the preferences of your group and AFTER YOU HAVE READ the conditions for conducting and canceling the excursion, all you have to do is proceed with the reservation by giving the desired dates.

– MY OTHER GREECE will receive your details and contact you within 48 hours at the latest for the initial consultation, possible costs and any explanation.

– Once the desired date is finalized, the final cost and payment and cancellation terms will be sent to you in writing. Once the required amount is deposited, you receive a voucher with a detailed description of the services you purchased and we contact you for final instructions.

B) TOURS WITH DATES

– Excursions in the “active” column have a specific departure date, a minimum number of required participations, a pre-booking deadline and a specific cost per person. You can participate in them individually or with your company, by making a reservation with prepayment of the required amount, AFTER YOU HAVE READ the conditions expressly mentioned in each program.

– As soon as the deposit of the required amount is completed, you receive an informative email that you have completed the purchase of participation, to which is attached a voucher with a detailed description of the services you purchased.

– When the required minimum number of participants is met, the “GUARANTEED DEPARTURE” notification appears on the tour link on the site, re-notify by mail and phone that the tour will take place and receive instructions for the additional details.

– If the minimum required participations are not reached by the cut-off date expressly stated for each excursion, notify again of its cancellation and you receive IMMEDIATELY the SAME DAY a full refund as well as a relevant notification.

C) TRAVEL EXPERIENCES AT YOUR DOCTRINE

We can adapt some suggestions that you liked to your own measures. Or to design from scratch a travel experience exclusively for you, based on your interests, whether you are a company, club, group, or families, couples, or even individual travelers. You simply contact us and mention your initial idea and we respond with the best possible offer of the excursion you dreamed of.

If the trip you request is not in the tourist objects that we know well, but there is a certified partner who specializes, we can forward your request to him and complete the process with him, accepting his terms and conditions of operation.
